Reflection about Email week -3

     

In week three class teacher taught us about email protocols. These

features are useful for preparing any academic study. First of all, I

learned how to write subject line in emails which gives quick

information about any email. Subject line should be informative and

appropriate. All the emails should have title like Mr. Mrs as per

requirement. In the class I learned we should mark any emails that is

confidential.  I also knew the important of headers and footers which

can help me for writing  date, name , page number , path   as per

requirement. It is very important for reports, assignments and other

writings. These things   make the email more smooth and

informative.  The main focus of the class was in security of emails. I

learned why it is important to change our password in certain

time frame. I can also use reliable backup email so that I will not

loose important information. I understood about 2 step verification

and its important for securing  email. It will stop hackers and

unwanted source for getting access to  emails, message, voice call or

random number generators can be used for 2 step verification. In

conclusion I found above learning  are very useful for my study goal.
